Merry Christmas

Haven Of Rest Orphanage and Youth Center Children's Christmas Party was filled with excitement and joy. On December 25,2021, Haven of Rest Center was transformed into an elaborate theme park filled with games and goodies for boys and girls of all ages. We fed and provided Christmas gifts to over 500 children in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The hands and feet of Jesus were seen at work blessing and loving every child that came to the Haven of Rest Center. No child was turned away or left behind.
Outreach
(April 2nd, 2021)
This year she celebrated with the children of her motherland in Uyo. For the first time, children in this Community could play, laugh, and smile with Peace as she marked this milestone birthday. Haven of Rest Orphanage and Youth Center Children's Party was an exciting time in the Orphanage. Our first outreach in the Community brought children from local and surrounding villages to celebrate the Vision bearer, Apostle Peace Amba's Birthday. Apostle Peace Amba has been a practice to celebrate her birthday with the orphans at the Orphanage for the past five years beginning in Kenya.
July Medical Missions

uly 29,2021was no ordinary day at Haven of Rest Orphanage and Youth Center. For the first time in Uyo, Haven of Rest Orphanage and Youth Center Medical Mission took place with over 300 adult eye screenings done with readers provided and over 200 children health screenings complete. God was magnified on this day by the number of children who were given vitamins to combat multivitamin deficiency and vital checks for abnormal labs.
